Return Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
We offer a full refund, including shipping, for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item with photos or videos for verification.
Dissatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 15 days for a full refund of the product cost. The item must be:
Return request must be made within 3-5 business days .
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- In original packaging with tags attached
Important Notes:
- Original & return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if items are not in their original condition.
- Please keep the return tracking receipt for reference.
How to Initiate a Return?

Provide the reason for return along with photos/videos for verification.
Once approved, return the item(s) to our warehouse at:

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will credit your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, as all our items are made-to-order. If you need a different size or style:
Return the original item (if eligible per the return policy).
Place a new order for the replacement item.
Replacement delivery will be done within 5 days .
Exchange delivery will be done within 5 days .
All new orders will follow the current production timeline.
Cancellation Policy
Since all our shirts are made-to-order, please review our order cancellation terms:
Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations must be done within 5 business days .
- Unpaid orders → Automatically canceled after 24 hours
- Cancel within 24 hours of payment → Full refund
- Cancel 24–72 hours after payment → 80% refund + shipping fee
- Cancel 72–96 hours after payment → 50% refund + shipping fee
- Cancel after 96 hours → Shipping fee refund only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
